About Alternative Capital Markets (ACM) Alternative Capital Markets is a global team with 60+ alternative investment professionals across eight offices, responsible for over $120B+ in AUS, serving institutions, foundations, family offices, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. ACM is the architect of the Wealth Alternatives platform including private equity, growth / venture capital, private credit, private real estate, hedge funds, co-investments and impact private investing. These offerings include AM Private, XIG, and third-party external investment strategies, as well as differentiated private company access via both internal and external referrals. ACM's full-service capital markets business covers the entire lifecycle of an alternative investment, from investment sourcing to client solutions, as well as a discretionary offering enabling programmatic platform access, an in-house liquidity platform for clients (qualified matching service, or QMS), and dedicated platform management and strategy. ACM's Liquidity Solutions business is rapidly growing given the increased commitments to private assets across private wealth investors and the natural need for liquidity over time. The Liquidity Solutions team focuses on a range of offerings, including a quarterly auction process, tail-end fund liquidity sales and strategic transactions for specific platform assets. The Secondary Advisory Group is a leading private markets secondary solutions team that advises clients on liquidity, portfolio optimization, and secondary investment opportunities. The team executes transactions across private fund interests, direct company exposures, structured liquidity solutions, and Goldman Sachs-sponsored investment vehicles. Leveraging deep market expertise and a broad investor network, SAG helps clients actively manage private market portfolios while providing access to differentiated secondary market opportunities in one of the fastest-growing segments of alternative investing. Role Overview This Associate role offers the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and evolution of the Secondary Advisory Group. The individual will support the origination, underwriting, and execution of complex secondary transactions, delivering analytical insight, transaction support, and strategic advice to clients pursuing liquidity solutions. As a core member of the deal team, the Associate will be responsible for financial modeling, portfolio valuation, preparation of client-facing materials, and coordination of transaction processes. The role includes managing due diligence workflows, evaluating bids, and supporting the execution of sophisticated secondary transactions across a range of asset classes and structures. Beyond transaction execution, the Associate will contribute to the ongoing development and scalability of the business, helping enhance processes, deepen client relationships, and support the expansion of the firm's secondary advisory platform.
