MUST:

Experienced Salesforce Developer

4+ years of experience in development utilizing web frontend technologies, including Angular JS, HTML5, and CSS.

4-6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems.

Experience executing declarative Salesforce application configuration.

Experience using Apex and Visualforce to create customer-based Salesforce solutions.

Experience building Salesforce.com product extensions using Visualforce technology.

Experience developing new native products on the force.com platform.

Experience participating in the full application life cycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Ability to interact directly with customers and technical teams to clarify requirements, communicate solution options, and support successful delivery.

Strong understanding of CRM concepts, Salesforce configuration, and custom application development approaches.

Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support production implementation activities.

Must be good at building and maintaining relationships with clients, employees, and project stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree required

DUTIES:

Execute declarative Salesforce application configuration to support approved business and technical requirements.

Use Apex and Visualforce to create unique customer-based solutions.

Build Salesforce.com product extensions using Visualforce technology.

Develop new native products on the force.com platform.

Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.

Work directly with customers and internal team members, including consultants, architects, and sales professionals, to understand requirements and ensure customer success.

Analyze business needs and translate functional requirements into Salesforce configuration, customization, and development solutions.

Configure and implement CRM system functionality that supports effective case management, workflow automation, reporting, and user adoption.

Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce components, pages, workflows, integrations, and application extensions.

Support modernization and enhancement efforts for Salesforce applications, including updates to user interfaces, automation, reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation.

Follow established development, testing, release management, security, and documentation practices.

Collaborate with project team members to resolve defects, support user acceptance testing, and ensure delivered solutions meet quality expectations
