A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Technical 405 Pay Range: $89,400.00 - $134,100.00 Job Description Step into a senior-level role where you will shape how accessibility is built into digital experiences at scale. As a Senior Technical Accessibility Specialist, you will partner across product, design, engineering, and business teams to ensure inclusive and accessible experiences for all users while advancing innovation, usability, and student success. What You'll Do Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for accessibility across platforms and products Lead audits and accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG standards Develop and execute remediation plans to address accessibility gaps Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to embed accessibility into product development Create and maintain accessibility guidelines, processes, and documentation Mentor team members and provide training on accessibility best practices and ADA awareness Manage multiple complex accessibility initiatives and drive continuous improvement What You'll Bring Expert knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, and ADA standards Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex accessibility concepts Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility best practices Familiarity with assistive technologies and testing tools such as screen readers and audit tools Understanding of mobile accessibility across iOS and Android Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently and collaboratively 6 years of experience in Technical Accessibility Bachelor's Degree in Assistive Technology, User Experience, Information Technology, Information Design, or related field.
