As a key member of our Mobile Service Advisor team,you'llstrategically position technicians and streamline workloads, acting as a crucial link between the Roadside Support Team and the Mobile Service Team. Ideal candidates bring experience in emergency dispatching or high-level customer service, thriving in a dynamic team environment. Your collaboration with our Customer Support Team, Roadside Assistance Team, and Mobile Service Teams will contributeto lasting customer loyalty and thefulfillment ofTesla's missionto accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. What You'll Do Oversee roadside response operations in an assigned geographic, multi-market area Manage customer expectationsregardingresponse times andprovidedservices Maintain high-level verbal and written communication with the Mobile Tire and Roadside Support TeamsEmploy creative and proactive approaches to resolve customer flat tire events and other roadside concerns,utilizingavailable resources Collaborate with the local Parts Team tounderstandinventory levels and locations Strategically stage and schedule the fleet to ensure efficient responses to both roadside requests and scheduled jobs throughout the day Accurately manage job information and requests in the Dispatch Operations System and CRM What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in roadside or fleet dispatching, or in a service advisor role Demonstrated experience handling customers in fast-paced environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills High levelofadaptabilityand the ability to effectively prioritize andmaintaina flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs Proficient in Dispatch Management Systems and MS Office Suite Strong understanding of basic automotive knowledge related to chassis, wheel, and tire repair/replacement Willingnessto learn new automotive technologies, cross-collaborate with neighboring markets, andmaintainpositive working relationships in a team-based environment
