Material Handler / Marketing Inventory Specialist Department: Receiving and Put Away / Marketing Support The Material Handler / Marketing Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and accurately maintaining inventory while supporting a large-scale marketing project involving the photography and cataloging of more than 10,000 parts. This position utilizes barcode scanners, cameras, Excel spreadsheets, and ERP systems to receive inventory, store materials in designated locations, photograph products, and maintain accurate inventory records and digital assets. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of inventory and photographic data. Additional duties may be assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Marketing team. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibility% of Time Photograph, catalog, and organize images for 10,000+ parts as part of a Marketing product content project.30% Support shipping operations by providing packaging materials and preparing machine shipments.20% Transfer finished products to storage and/or shipping locations; load and unload containers and trucks.15% Receive, scan, and put away inventory using barcode scanners and ERP systems.15% Communicate with employees, supervisors, management, and Marketing personnel to fulfill warehouse and product documentation requests.10% Process shipping paperwork, maintain inventory records, and update Excel spreadsheets and related documentation.10% Total: 100% Additional forklift-related duties may be assigned as needed.
