What You'll Do

As a Group Leader, you'll help lead daily operations by:

  • Leading your team to achieve daily safety, quality, production, and shipping goals
  • Coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily priorities
  • Assigning work and balancing resources throughout the shift
  • Monitoring production performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Supporting production by resolving issues that impact safety, quality, or productivity
  • Completing production, scrap, rework, attendance, and payroll documentation
  • Supporting employee performance discussions, evaluations, and development plans
  • Assisting with incident investigations and promoting a strong safety culture
  • Supporting the supervisor and serving as acting supervisor when needed

What We're Looking For

We're interested in leaders who have experience in manufacturing and enjoy helping others grow.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous leadership, team lead, or Group Leader experience in manufacturing
  • Two or more years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coaching, training, or developing employees
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing production needs
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • First Aid/CPR or emergency response training is a plus
