Position Summary/ Department Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room. This nurse would join a unique entry to OR training program for experienced and new graduate RNs. Nurses will receive didactic learning through AORN Periop 101. This combined with clinical orientation will prepare the RN to function in the circulator and scrub roles in the operating room. Key Responsibilities: Peri-operative care in circulating roles. Providing clinical support and resources. Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment. Minimum Qualifications Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of BCH RN experience or 1 year of acute care RN experience preferred. New Graduate RN's can be considered for this role. Licensure/ Certifications: Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN *This position is expected to start November 2026* The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
