Location: Grandstone/Eastwood - Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan Staff are assigned a primary home base but may provide coverage at both Grandstone and Eastwood as needed. The two facilities are located just eight minutes apart. Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Make a Difference Every Day Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professionals to join our team at Grandstone/Eastwood. Grandstone and Eastwood are two 8-bed Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) that provide 24-hour support to adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Our programs offer a safe, recovery-focused, home-like environment where residents can build life skills, increase independence, and work toward achieving their personal recovery goals. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents while providing encouragement, supervision, and compassionate support throughout their recovery journey. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll help create a structured, welcoming environment where individuals can thrive and make lasting progress. What You'll Do
