What You'll Do:
  • Support the development and delivery of complex hardware, software, and integrated systems solutions
  • Participate in system integration, validation, verification, and performance testing activities
  • Develop, analyze, document, and manage system requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Assist with system modeling, simulation, and design analysis using MBSE methodologies
  • Support hardware systems design, integration, troubleshooting, and implementation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system designs meet technical and program requirements
  • Contribute to technical reviews, design evaluations, and problem-solving efforts
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting system design, integration, testing, validation, or requirements management activities
  • 1+ year of experience working with systems engineering tools, requirements management tools, or system modeling tools
  • 1+ year of experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams

  • Understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and technical standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Test & Integration Engineering
  • Experience with Requirements Engineering and requirements management tools
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience supporting hardware systems development and integration

Additional Information:
  • Occasional hybrid work flexibility may be available based on business needs
  • Flexible 9/80 work schedule available (every other Friday off)
