As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Detail in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post combines mobile patrol responsibilities with armed presence, offering the chance to support people first through teamwork, integrity, and reliable service in a dynamic environment.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a busy retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor customer and team member activity, observe for unusual behavior or potential hazards, and document security-related events, incidents, and/or concerns according to site protocols.
• Support access control and asset protection efforts by checking restricted areas, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or operational issues that could affect the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
