What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment that keeps our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:



  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
  • Repair and replace motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, chains, belts, and power transmission equipment
  • Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Safely perform Lockout/Tagout and follow all safety procedures
  • Operate forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment
  • Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Accurately document completed maintenance work
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and fellow Maintenance team members to improve equipment reliability


Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:



  • Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

  • Power Generation
  • Heavy Industrial Manufacturing


Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting, reaching, and working in varying temperatures throughout a large industrial manufacturing facility. Employees must safely work around moving equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
