As a Fabrication Sales Manager you are responsible for leading the Fabrication Inside Sales team in our Pacific market and driving sales/facilitating growth within your perspective market and accounts. Roles and Responsibilities
* Supervise Inside Sales Engineers, reporting directly to you that manage and create fabrication quotes, invoice creation, raw material tracking, build rate analysis, quality submittals, and customer relations. Salesforce, SAP, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Print Manipulation, Quality Inspections, Excel and SecturaFab operations. * Work with Outside Technical Reps to ensure growth throughout Ryerson and the RAP strategy is being followed. Supply quote and lead-time updates, as well as managing customer-facing relationships. * Coordinate with all facets of Ryerson commercial units to communicate implementation status with all project shareholders beyond your geography. Travel may be required. * Implements inventory control measures that are consistent with the company's inventory management practices. * Manages customer issues related to service and pricing variances in conjunction with overall pricing policy. Achieves fair and equitable settlements that result in minimal cost to the company. * Ensures effective sales and quoting coverage is attained, maintained, and expanded to ensure customer relations, on-time delivery and increase sales revenue YOY. * Assists employees in improving their performance by identifying developmental needs, assigning responsibilities, and coaching to maintain alignment with company goals and strategies. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience in Metal Fabrication, Sales, and/or Management position preferred. * Proficient in MS Office software skills such as Outlook and Word.
