About the Job

An exciting opportunity to join a growing Talent Acquisition Team!

Reporting to the Director, North America Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team while balancing strategic recruiting responsibilities for Director-level and other high-touch positions across North America. This role will drive recruiting excellence through talent strategy execution, process optimization, recruiting technology administration, metric management, continuous improvement initiatives, and development of Talent Acquisition professionals. The position serves as a key partner to business leaders, ensuring effective talent acquisition processes and exceptional hiring outcomes across both hourly and salaried populations.

This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do as Talent Acquisition Manager



  • Lead, develop and advise team of talent acquisition partners in daily recruitment operations to support North America hourly and salary positions
  • Establish, monitor, report on and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve on key metrics/outcomes while motivating talent acquisition team.
  • Own and manage Director-level, executive-adjacent, and other high-touch requisitions across North America, partnering closely with senior business leaders to develop tailored recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • In partnership with Director, Talent Acquisition, develop and deliver training for leaders and talent acquisition team on recruitment and selection best practices.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, build pipelines for critical roles; support passive sourcing for executive roles as needed
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Talent Acquisition metrics and recruiting effectiveness, identifying trends and opportunities to drive continuous improvement across North America Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing candidate experience, recruiter effectiveness, hiring manager satisfaction, operational efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Serve as the functional systems administrator (SuccessFactors) and point of contact for Hiring Manager questions and change requests.
  • Provide strategic consultation on complex and critical hiring needs, leveraging market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and talent mapping to attract top talent.
  • Accountable for the North America talent acquisition process to ensure staffing needs are met for assigned departments.
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion recruitment strategy and partner to educate the business on initiatives that drive high impact diverse hiring practices.
  • Establish relationships and partnership with key business and People leaders to understand their talent needs, develop strategies to meet these needs, and drive accountability in recruiting and selection.
  • Maintains established OFCCP, Fair Labor Hiring Practices and Compliance policies, procedures, and objectives. Facilitates and tracks community and diversity outreach.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition administrator and primary liaison for recruiting technology and sourcing vendors, partnering with vendors to establish connectivity, optimize platform utilization, support user adoption, and facilitate rollout of new features and enhancements. (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Partner and provide support on Talent Acquisition related projects.



What Does It Take to be a Talent Acquisition Manager?

Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.



  • Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience required
  • 6 or more years' experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition roles required (in addition to education requirement)
  • 2+ years' experience managing a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Demonstrated strengths in developing others, leveraging innovation, change management, People First mindset and systems thinking.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment texting platform, CRM or other recruitment technology; SuccessFactors experienced preferred
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across a mix of high-volume operational environments and corporate salaried functions.
  • Experience supporting executive, director-level, or highly specialized searches in a complex, multi-site organization preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience utilizing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and workforce data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a mixed-desk recruiting environment supporting both hourly and salaried talent segments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of management styles at various levels in the organization
  • Ability to translate business plans to recruitment strategies
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer orientation, consulting and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance and corporate recruitment practices
  • Experience in competency/behavior-based interview and assessment techniques
  • Knowledge of internal and external market trends, and workforce planning
  • Self-motivated; Takes initiative; Able to work within a dynamic environment

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $93,240-$149,180 with bonus eligibility
