Description Your Role As a Videographer & Editor in our Los Angeles office, you will help shape how our people, projects, and ideas are brought to life through video and photography. Working within a collaborative Digital Marketing team, you will concept, capture, and edit compelling visual stories, including branded sizzle reels, episodic content and targeted marketing material. This role focuses on hands-on production and post-production, partnering with marketing and communications leadership to deliver compelling creative storytelling across platforms. What You Will Do Creative storytelling skills: Strong eye for composition, pacing, and narrative, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content Technical expertise: Confident in both production and post-production, including video and photography across a range of formats and tools Production adaptability: Comfortable working in studio, office, event, and on-location environments with strong skills in lighting and audio set-up Collaborative mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and leadership teams High attention to detail: Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency under tight deadlines Curiosity with tools: Interest in emerging technologies
Your Qualifications
**The base salary will be estimated between $75,000 - 85,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
