As a Security Officer Entry Management in Estero, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will help manage access control, greet residents and guests, monitor entry activity, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. You may perform routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the residential location, verify visitor and/or vendor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive screening and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, including common areas and perimeter access points, while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication regarding visitor traffic, deliveries, incidents, and other security-related activities at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
