The Enterprise Technical Trainer Advisor is responsible for enhancing the technical skills of our workforce and ensuring our team remains at the forefront of technological advancements. Develop, implement, and oversee training programs tailored to the needs of our employees, focusing on the latest tools and technologies within the Global Planning, Engineering and Transformation (GPET) sector. This role assesses training needs, designs curriculum, and delivers engaging training sessions to enhance employee performance and confidence. Collaboration with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials and interactive modules. The role assesses the effectiveness of training programs and makes improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. Mentorship to junior team members and contribution to the continuous improvement of technical training practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Preferred Skills:
The preferred location for this hybrid position isMemphis, TN, Dallas, TX and Pittsburgh, PA. However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week.
