The School of Visual Studies at the University of Missouri is pleased to announce the opening for our Executive Assistant position. This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of the School of Visual Studies and serves as a central resource for faculty, staff, students, and visitors. This position plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day, semester-based, and annual operations of the unit, which includes approximately 28 faculty, 20 graduate students, and more than 400 undergraduate majors and minors across multiple academic programs. The Executive Assistant ensures the effective coordination of academic, administrative, and operational activities that support the teaching and learning mission of the School. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Shift
Generally, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
