At Novartis Venture Fund (NVF), we invest in bold ideas that have the potential to transform the future of medicine. The Principal, Novartis Venture Fund will report to a Managing Director and is a key team member whose primary initial role will be to collaborate with, and support senior members of the NVF team. NVF is focused on investing in bio therapeutics. Its primary mandate is to optimize financial returns and has done so historically by focusing on innovative companies seeking to develop products that may be paradigm changing in areas of high-unmet need. The Principal will be expected to operate successfully in a start-up environment. The position will frequently interact with our external stakeholders in industry and venture capital, as well as our internal colleague stakeholders in the Novartis Group. The salary for this position is expected to range between $176,400.00 - 327,600.00 USD Annual per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
