SOME (So Others Might Eat) provides material aid and comfort to our vulnerable neighbors in Washington, DC, helping them break the cycle of poverty and homelessness through programs and services that save lives, improve lives, and help transform the lives of individuals and families, their communities, and the systems and structures that affect them. Our more than 30 programs throughout the district provide comprehensive services that lead to mental and physical health, continued sobriety, job training, living-wage employment, and affordable housing. We meet immediate needs with food, clothing, and healthcare, and offer the tools one needs to live with hope, dignity, and greater independence. Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The hourly rate for this position is $25.03 - $26.50 per hour. The Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in supporting the Property Manager in achieving the organization's operational goals and in preserving the property's value and integrity. This position requires prior experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, including processing annual recertifications and managing the tax credit compliance process. Required: High School Diploma or Associate's degree in related field (Business Administration, Real Estate, or Public Administration preferred), or equivalent knowledge. 1+ year of related work experience in Property Management. LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) certification is preferred. Required License/Certification: Must possess and maintain a vehicle and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record history to obtain and maintain employment. The vehicle should be safe and reliable (mileage will be reimbursed). Schedule: Monday - Friday, (4) days 8:00 am - 4: 30 pm & (1) late shift (10:00 am - 6:30 pm or 11:00 am - 7:30 pm) - 40 hours per week. Expected Contributions:
