JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS This position in the Department of Meteorology at Penn State supports a scientific researcher to work on projects at the intersection of tropical cyclones and large-scale climate. The successful candidate will:
Ideal candidates will have an M.S. degree (or higher) and prior experience with Python, the Community Atmosphere Model, and working with gridded weather and climate data in NetCDF formats, along with strong scientific communication skills.
