Job Summary The Special Events Coordinator - Freelance represents News 12 at local key community events of all different sizes throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. This role serves as an organized, detail-oriented liaison for our news organization and the communities we serve. Represents News 12 with the utmost professionalism and provides a positive experience to our viewers. Responsibilities * Sets up booths at various events. * Willing to travel within the tri-state area. * Responsible for the positive engagement with our viewers during community events. * Sets up table and hands out giveaway items. * Takes photos at events for use on social media. * Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends.
