Cox Automotive is currently looking for a
Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in
Maple Grove, Minnesota.
The Role: The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is an influential partner with Market Center business leaders and managers to deliver a full range of People Solutions services that support organizational objectives. This role focuses on driving business outcomes through executing talent strategies, enhancing organizational capability, and engaging in engagement through close collaboration with leadership and Centers of Excellence. This position is based onsite at Manheim Minneapolis in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and supports additional auction locations across the region, including Northstar (MN), Stuart (IA), Omaha (NE), and Dell Rapids (SD). This requires up to 50% travel to support these locations and business operations. Work Environment: As the Sr. HRBP, you will engage with front-line employees, corporate leaders, and location leadership. Success in this role requires comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Providing excellent customer service to employees and collaborating with leadership on strategic direction and initiative implementation is essential. USD 89,500.00 - 134,300.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $89,500.00 - $134,300.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $0.01. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
