The Associate Director of Membership Engagement is a key leadership position responsible for leading, directing, providing vision, strategy, and execution of all aspects of membership, marketing, and engagement. This role directly supports NODA's mission and strategic priorities by strengthening the member experience and expanding membership reach. The individual in this position must be able to make complex decisions with authority and understand the risk, liability and implications that could impact NODA, the University, and constituents/stakeholders. This position will supervise the contract positions related to marketing and communication.

About the Department
NODA is a nonprofit, membership Association comprised of professional administrators, students, faculty members as well as other higher education organizations. NODA has over 4,000 members in the U.S. and internationally, consisting of over 500 institutional memberships (public, private, 4-year and 2-year), bringing different perspectives, knowledge, and experiences. NODA's core purpose is to create an inclusive community of practice that enriches education, leadership, and professional development in the fields of college student orientation, transition, and retention.
