We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our International Talent Acquisition Team to support our Louisiana LNG recruitment activities, as well as across the U.S., Mexico, and Senegal operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and help build a strong employer brand through strategic sourcing and a seamless candidate experience. You will be able to achieve this through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to guide and influence to achieve outcomes, and underpinned byyour marketknowledge and by your demonstratedexcellent service delivery. We'relooking for someone whothrivesin a fast-paced environment and pays steadfast attention to detail. The candidate isself-motivated and can adapt to ambiguity and candemonstratesuccess in agile ways of working. This role offers the ability to work across a fully integrated HR function where you will be able to guide and influence hiring decisions, have access to senior leaders and executives, and directly impact culture by hiring the people who share our vision. On a day-to-day basis you will carry out the full range of TA responsibilities from job brief, advertising, pro-actively sourcing and screening candidates, interview, due diligence, offer and acceptance. Skills and Experience
We are looking for an experienced recruiter, preferably with client-side /owner / operator type organization, but we are open to consideringpeople with other in-house experiences. Experience in full end to end recruitment process, with an ability to build high-trust relationships with all stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates in a tight market.
