Join a collaborative and high-impact Compensation team where you'll play an integral role in shaping compensation programs that support one of the nation's leading health systems. As a Compensation Analyst, you'll partner with HR and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. In this role, you'll assist with the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, maintain job descriptions and job architecture, and evaluate positions to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. You'll support salary administration and performance-based compensation processes, review pay actions for compliance with organizational policies and conduct job evaluations and classification analyses. You'll also help ensure compliance with FLSA, the California Fair Pay Act, and other applicable compensation regulations, participate in market pricing and third-party salary surveys, and contribute to salary structure updates. Leveraging HRIS and compensation data, you'll provide meaningful insights that help attract, retain, and reward exceptional talent while supporting Scripps Health's mission of delivering outstanding patient care.
