Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
  • Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.


Job Duties



  • Answer incoming calls from existing and prospective customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide exceptional customer support while identifying opportunities for product recommendations and upselling based on customer needs.
  • Verify and update customer account information accurately.
  • Process and enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review order details with customers to ensure complete and correct information.
  • Submit orders for processing and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
  • Send order confirmations via email and other communication channels.
  • Follow up on pending, incomplete, or on-hold orders to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order activity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order-related questions and issues efficiently.
