What You Will Do

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely follow-up. You will communicate professionally across multiple channels while documenting interactions, supporting internal teams, and helping deliver a positive customer experience through accurate, responsive, and courteous service.

The Customer Care Specialist provides customer support that helps strengthen relationships and maintain a positive experience throughout every interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Successful Customer Care Specialist candidates understand the importance of listening carefully, responding professionally, and following through on customer requests. Organization and teamwork contribute to successful service outcomes.


Education Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience



Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce

  • Advanced troubleshooting, strong problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or angry customers
  • Superior phone and customer service skills/etiquette
