Requirements

• Recruiting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable and accountable work ethic
• Positive, upbeat, and professional personality
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable spending approximately 80% of the workday on the phone
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and follow established recruiting processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Job Duties

• Recruit and qualify candidates for open positions
• Conduct frequent phone outreach to prospective candidates
• Discuss job requirements, qualifications, and opportunities with applicants
• Build relationships with candidates and employees
• Communicate regularly with account managers and clients
• Match qualified candidates with appropriate job openings
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate and organized recruiting information
• Follow established recruiting and placement processes
• Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the hiring process
• Take ownership of assigned positions and work toward established placement goals
• Support the department with additional responsibilities as experience grows
