Staffmark is hiring a Production Rework Associate to support rework operations and packaging in a clean, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Production Rework Associate Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Production Rework Associate Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred. Experience using computers in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to accurately complete production documentation and quality records. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work safely while following cGMP and standard operating procedures. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes. Production Rework Associate Job Duties Support the production and packaging of finished medical products. Perform rework operations to ensure products meet quality standards. Complete quality inspections, product sampling, and required documentation. Operate production systems and handheld scanning equipment, including JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scanners. Follow FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with production line setup, teardown, and packaging activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform additional production support duties as assigned. Production Rework Associate Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift with scheduled breaks. Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a climate-controlled indoor manufacturing environment. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including hearing protection when required.
