Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Experience Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, marketing, or a related role is preferred. Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and overcoming customer objections. Basic computer, tablet, and data entry skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals. Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Job Duties Proactively engage customers in a retail environment. Educate customers about residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Identify customer needs and qualify potential sales opportunities. Schedule in-home consultations and free estimates. Build rapport through exceptional customer service and professional communication. Answer customer questions regarding services, promotions, and financing options. Accurately enter customer information into company systems. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals. Maintain an organized sales kiosk and promotional materials. Partner with store associates and management to maximize customer engagement. Attend required meetings and training sessions to stay informed on products and promotions. Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Frequent interaction with customers in a busy retail environment. Ability to use computers, tablets, and other electronic devices for data entry.
