Join a leading global technology company at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to shaping the future of digital experiences and cloud services. We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our Privacy team, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive data and championing privacy standards across our vast operational landscape. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining trust with our customers and partners, ensuring our commitment to privacy excellence is upheld in every aspect of our cloud operations and innovation initiatives.

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to support our organization's critical privacy programs. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our efforts to ensure privacy by design, drive regulatory compliance, and continuously improve our privacy processes. You'll conduct essential privacy reviews, support data protection impact assessments, and ensure privacy standards are consistently applied across our services, systems, and business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact, reducing privacy risk and enhancing operational privacy excellence by partnering with diverse teams across engineering, security, legal, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical privacy reviews for services, systems, tools, and business processes, including privacy impact assessments and document reviews.
  • Ensure privacy review requirements, GDPR action items, regulatory requirements, and internal Privacy Standard obligations are triaged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a privacy advocate and advisor by providing privacy expertise on user consent, data collection, data use, data storage, processing, access controls, retention, and privacy documentation.
  • Promote Privacy by Design principles by helping teams incorporate privacy controls early in the service lifecycle and align privacy requirements with business objectives.
  • Partner with engineering, security, legal, HR Privacy, procurement, supplier assurance, and business stakeholders to translate privacy requirements into actionable technical and operational plans.
  • Revise, develop, and maintain privacy guidance materials, playbooks, templates, and process documentation to improve consistency across privacy operations.
  • Inventory systems and processes to identify privacy implications, manual processes, operational gaps, and opportunities to strengthen privacy governance.
  • Identify, recommend, and drive program, process, workflow, and tooling improvements that reduce manual effort, increase visibility, improve reporting, and support scalable compliance.
  • Support use of privacy governance platforms, intake processes, reporting tools, and operational dashboards to monitor workload, risk, status, and compliance outcomes.
  • Operate independently in an ambiguous environment while managing multiple concurrent privacy reviews, requests, and stakeholder priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or related program delivery roles.
  • 2+ years of experience working with compliance, regulatory programs, privacy operations, security, information protection, risk management, data governance, or technical program management.
  • Experience conducting or supporting privacy reviews, compliance reviews, risk assessments, or control implementation activities.
  • Ability to communicate privacy, compliance, and technical requirements clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong program management, organization, documentation, and follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A blend of privacy, compliance, and program management experience, comfortable working across technical and business teams.
  • IAPP certification (CIPP and/or CIPM).
  • Experience working with enterprise privacy programs, cloud services, or compliance tooling.
  • A legal background.
