We're looking for a Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC and conventional equipment used to manufacture and repair critical aerospace components. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, follows processes, and works safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Shift: Monday-Friday (Days may fluctuate due to business needs) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000


What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines
  • Load programs and make basic adjustments as needed
  • Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials
  • Inspect and measure parts to ensure specifications are met
  • Perform minor finishing and part modifications
  • Follow production, quality, and safety requirements
  • Utilize production tracking systems and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience using measuring tools and basic shop equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.


Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.
