Remote Troubleshooting for elevator systems via phone and email Support field technicians with step-by-step guidance using schematics and manuals Ensure code compliance for residential elevator installations Provide parts quotes and coordinate with vendors Assist with modernization projects for legacy elevator systems Deliver training to installation technicians Document issues, track KPIs, and support call-center operations Build strong customer relationships and provide clear, professional communication What Makes You a Great Fit Strong problem-solving mindset... Strong mechanical aptitude (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, elevator, or similar background) Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals Excellent communication skills Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and ticketing tools Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude No degree required - hands-on experience matters most. Preferred (Not Required) Elevator industry experience CET, PMP, or other technical certifications Experience training technicians Knowledge of residential elevator codes Familiarity with modernization or legacy equipment PLC Mitsubishi and Siemens products.
