The Business Transformation Finance Senior Manager (Finance Process Innovation Enablement (FPIE) team will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and architect holistic, forward-thinking technical and artificial intelligence enabled solutions encompassing process, people, and technology changes to transform financial data into actionable business insights (BI) . In this role, you will also perform the duties of a Financial Data Integration lead, developing and maintaining the processes, standards, and data quality of all technical solutions. Acting as a critical bridge, you will challenge the status quo, run process redesign workshops, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams following structured software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. You will work both individually and within larger project teams, engaging technical and business teams end-to-end to drive shared ownership, reduce errors, and accelerate the financial time-to-close. Because these initiatives are conceived at the highest levels of the organization, you will regularly collaborate with leadership, multiple business stakeholder groups, and IT to gain alignment, handle change requests, and provide executive updates.
