Primary Responsibilities As a Tech/Media/Telecom (TMT) Region Leader, you will play a key role in winning, overseeing and delivering a variety of projects for technology clients including numerous datacenters projects, semiconductor facility designs and broadband infrastructure as well as a wide variety of other projects that Tech companies may have. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to lead our regional business, drive our brand, ensure our projects meet the highest technical standards for their respective industries, and build and foster a collaborative environment within your region as well as across our global TMT practice. Additional responsibilities include: Specific responsibilities:
Lead and inspire HDR's regional TMT delivery and client development teams. Directly engage in client / account management for regional and global customers. Coordinate with local operations / BES Business Group Managers around staffing needs including strategic recruiting. Tracks upcoming contracts/projects in terms of financials, but also staffing and delivery strategies. Actively partners with local CDLs on capture planning and client development plan meetings and activities. Lead regional teams in driving forward the Sector's business development plans. Drive regional strategic initiatives effort including brand awareness, IDE, market research, events, long-term planning, partnerships, etc. Collaborate with the full sector leadership team in the coordination and analysis of new markets and clients. Track sector financial performance in terms of bookings, earnings, profit, marketing costs, client investments / ROI, and related trends. Serve in leadership roles for project delivery including Project Manager, Project Principal, Commercial Manager, etc. Collaborate with other HDR Business Groups to pursue and delivery the full breadth of HDR capabilities. In particular, focus on building strong relationships with HDR's Architecture, Power and Water groups. - Collaborate across regions (to include EMEA and APAC) to function as One-HDR
Required Qualifications
BS degree in discipline related to the position 10+ years of experience in the A/E Industry including direct experience with datacenters and technology clients. Strong writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced with Fortune 500 Tech companies. Strong understanding of data center power and cooling concepts Working knowledge of architectural and engineering principles as they apply to data center design and semiconductor facilities. Experience with site selection criteria for data centers and other tech facilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skill

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an architecture, engineering, planning or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of industry experience
- Experienced in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and or planning services
- Experienced in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits
- Experienced in overall staff development to include recruiting, career path and professional growth
- Experienced with industry associations and maintains a visible profile in the market sector
- Ability to work cooperatively with Area Market Sector Directors, Market Sector Directors, Business Class Directors, Regional Business Group Director, Area Business Group Managers, Area Marketing Managers and Area Managers
