Description Key Activities * Work with the AES Service Owner to identify, prioritize, and plan delivery of automation solutions. * Engage with customers/service partners, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather and define automation requirements. * Work with peer Automation Engineers to design and develop script automation to enhance the server life cycle, business process workflows, privileged access elevation capabilities, system integration solutions and enterprise technology delivery. * Design, program, model and test automated systems. * Develop automation improvements, strategies and framework. * Proficiently apply programming skills to deliver automation solutions for rapidly changing design needs. * Document processes, procedures and training materials for AES staff and stakeholders. * Attend weekly stand-up meetings and periodic team meetings. * Work to continually improve processes, drive cost reduction activities and build domain knowledge. * Provide technical mentorship to junior team members including code reviews.
