About the team The Business Technical Analyst (BTA) operates as the interface between Life Operations and Technology, ensuring key business systems are reliable, efficient, and responsive to organizational needs. This role integrates technical troubleshooting, business assessment, data analysis, and operational support to quickly fix production problems while encouraging ongoing progress in business procedures. Functioning independently, the BTA analyzes complex system incidents, identifies root causes, reviews business impacts, and formulates practical solutions that minimize operational disruption. Employing systems, data analysis, automation, and business knowledge, the BTA collaborates with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to restore service, improve system performance, and refine the user experience. Beyond incident management, the BTA translates business needs into clear technical requirements. They support solution design and testing, develop productivity tools, and find opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and using technology to improve business outcomes. About the role The Business Technical Analyst ensures the business functions effectively on a daily basis. They respond promptly to production issues, see chances for improvement, and collaborate with business and technology teams.
