Hexcel has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Total Rewards (Hybrid) to join the Corporate Total Rewards Team located in Stamford, CT USA. The Analyst, Total Rewards will support Hexcel's compensation and benefits programs including implementation, administration, communications, and compliance. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills. The Analyst, Total Rewards must be able to work independently as well as within a team and/or cross-functionally and thrive in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. This position will report directly to the Director, Global Compensation, with a dotted line to the Director, Benefits and will support team members of all levels.
