Make a Difference in Advanced Heart Failure Care at Johns Hopkins! Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Advanced Heart Failure Program within the Heart Failure Bridge Clinic (HFBC). This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialized care to patients with complex heart failure while collaborating with heart failure physicians, APPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
