Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III

Location(s): Walnut Creek, CA; Portland, OR; Bellevue, WA; or fully remote/work from home

Job Summary:

This is a hybrid role with a defined work location including work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will join a dynamic team responsible for real estate site modifications for network macro sites in Northern California and Nevada. The role focuses on managing and driving site acquisition vendors to deliver goals and successfully hand off projects to the Construction Team. Your day-to-day tasks include project management, milestone tracking, performing lease due diligence, representing Telecommunication in communications with landlords, escalating issues to management with recommendations, conducting site visits, zoning review, hearing attendance, and managing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and communicating Telecommunication policies and procedures to third-party vendors
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving real estate and lease-related issues to meet deadlines
  • Negotiating with landlords and agents to preserve company rights and meet contractual obligations
  • Escalating network-critical or site-critical issues to leadership
  • Reviewing and managing financial invoicing for vendor services
  • Navigating and completing FUZE tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or at least five years of work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience
  • Willingness to travel

Even better if you have:

  • Strong vendor and project management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Knowledge of land use, zoning procedures, and real estate acquisition
  • Familiarity with local/regional zoning, planning, and environmental standards
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, construction drawings, RF data sheets, and leases
  • Experience in legal, contract management, project management, or construction
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project tracking software and database applications
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
