Job Summary

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by loading delivery vehicles, maintaining inventory accuracy, repackaging products, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. This role ensures products are handled according to company standards, loaded accurately, and rotated properly to maintain product quality. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Load delivery trucks accurately according to daily delivery requirements.
  • Verify products are loaded correctly to support timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Rotate inventory on trucks and within the warehouse to ensure proper stock rotation based on expiration dates.
  • Repackage products according to established company procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect products for damage and properly dispose of damaged or expired materials following approved procedures.
  • Assist with inventory organization and material handling throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as required.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and organized within designated warehouse locations.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse, loading, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately load and organize products for shipment.
  • Knowledge of inventory rotation practices and expiration date management preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including floor scrubbers and pallet handling equipment, as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse materials throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to work a second-shift schedule and complete work until daily operations are finished.


Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


Work Experience



  • Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience loading delivery trucks and handling inventory is a plus.
