We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between legal teams and technology stakeholders throughout the discovery lifecycle. This role combines project management, litigation support, eDiscovery expertise, and technology consulting to ensure efficient management of complex matters from data collection through production and trial support. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with large-scale document reviews, litigation technology platforms, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, providing expert guidance on eDiscovery technology, workflows, and best practices.
  • Partner with legal teams to develop technical strategies, project requirements, timelines, and implementation plans for discovery matters.
  • Coordinate all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including data collection, processing, review, analytics, production, and trial preparation.
  • Act as the liaison between attorneys, litigation support teams, and technology providers to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Advise legal teams on technology solutions for early case assessment, document review, search strategies, and discovery management.
  • Manage multiple large and complex matters simultaneously while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable technical work requests.
  • Oversee data staging, culling, processing, loading, and production activities.
  • Train and support attorneys and legal professionals on document review platforms and search methodologies. [
  • Ensure consistent application of standard operating procedures and eDiscovery best practices across all projects.
  • Develop project status reports, metrics, and progress updates for stakeholders.
  • Support production workflows, exhibit management, analytics initiatives, and AI-assisted review efforts.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned matters and provide innovative solutions to case-specific challenges.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent combination of education and substantial relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience delivering eDiscovery services and litigation support for complex, large-scale matters.
  • Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), particularly data collection, review, analytics, and production.
  • Proven experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
  • Advanced project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across legal and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cloud systems, and data repositories.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and mitigating project risks.
  • Expertise in industry-standard litigation technology and eDiscovery platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to secure handling of sensitive information.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or similar government background clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree strongly preferred.
  • eDiscovery-related technical certifications.
  • Experience with formal project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience handling digital evidence and understanding evidentiary workflows.
  • Experience supporting document reviews involving one million or more records.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and large-scale enterprise technology environments.
  • Understanding of digital forensics principles and workflows.
  • Expertise with advanced search technologies, analytics, AI-assisted review, and prompt-based search methodologies.
  • Trial support experience.

Work Environment
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on project demands.
