Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations related to patient care, staffing, quality assurance, and other aspects of home health operations. Continuously monitors regulatory changes and assesses the agency's compliance with those changes, taking necessary action to address any issues. Interacts with regulatory agencies, such as CMS or state health departments, to address questions or concerns. Plays a crucial role in training staff on regulatory requirements and best practices to maintain compliance. Assists the Governing Body and the Clinical Practice & Quality team with oversight of the organization's QAPI Program. Responsibilities
Continuously monitors and interprets regulatory changes, trends, and guidance from relevant agencies (e.g., CMS, state health departments).
