Description
Bolton & Menk is expanding our Right of Way practice and seeking an experienced Right of Way Project Manager to help lead the growth of this exciting and evolving service area. This is more than a traditional acquisition role. It's an opportunity to help shape and grow a high-impact practice that supports critical transportation, utility, energy, and infrastructure projects across the communities we serve. As a key member of our team, you'll help establish client relationships, guide project strategy, lead acquisitions and relocations, and play an instrumental role in growing our right of way capabilities throughout the region. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving complex property challenges, and helping develop a service line with significant potential for growth. Help build the future of Right of Way services at Bolton & Menk. This position is ideally based out of one of our Minnesota offices; however, we are flexible on location for the right candidate. As we continue to grow our Right of Way services, we're seeking talented professionals who are excited to help build and expand this emerging practice area. What You Will Be Doing This position offers the opportunity to manage acquisition projects from planning through completion, working closely with clients, engineers, agencies, attorneys, and impacted property owners to secure the property rights necessary to deliver projects that improve our communities.

Bolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship. Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location. Bolton & Menk reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
