As a Manager of Training Delivery atSpectrum Business, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of training programs that drive performance across the organization. HowYou'llMake an Impact

  • Collaborate with senior management to review curricula,identifytrainingneedsand recommend strategies to enhance performance
  • Oversee the successful implementation ofSpectrum Business's training and leadership development programs by supporting managers and teams
  • Define clear business and performanceobjectivesfor training initiatives to align with organizational goals
  • Evaluate student performance during and after training, offering coaching and development to maximize results
  • Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they achieve desired outcomes
  • Coordinate with peer training managers to manage shared responsibilities andmaintainhigh-quality delivery
  • Develop implementation plans,schedulesandlogisticsfor training initiatives, managing external resources as necessary for quality and cost efficiency
  • Stay informed on current learning strategies, deliverymethodsand best practices to enhanceSpectrum Business's training approach

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource development, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of training experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working in a call center environment

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Capacity to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure
  • Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Proficiencywith computers and software applications including MS
  • Office,spreadsheetand database applications
  • Effective prioritization, organization,judgmentand initiative
  • Ability to work independently and lead others
  • Advanced skills in evaluating training impact, teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation technique
