How can you make an impact?

The Learning & Development Sr. Specialist supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences that strengthen employee onboarding, manager capability, and ongoing development. This role plays a vital role in supporting the development of instructor-led and virtual training, global onboarding, manager capability resources, and the administration and optimization of our LMS (Docebo) to create a more consistent, accessible, and user-friendly learning experience across the organization.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What You'll Do:

LMS Administration & Learning Experience Optimization (Docebo)

  • Serve as administrator for the organization's LMS, including course creation, learning paths, enrollments, reporting, and system maintenance.
  • Maintain and improve the LMS course catalog to ensure content is organized, current, easy to navigate, and aligned to employee and manager needs.
  • Improve the employee learning experience by making LMS content easier to find, navigate, and access through clear, user-friendly learning pathways.
  • Partner with stakeholders to connect learning content to relevant skills, capabilities, roles, and development priorities.
  • Support the creation of personalized learning experiences by organizing content into targeted pathways, recommendations, and audience-specific learning journeys.
  • Generate and analyze LMS data to assess engagement, completion, learner behavior, and opportunities to improve the learning experience.
  • Partner with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to identify and implement LMS enhancements that expand platform capability and strengthen learning adoption.

Global Onboarding Program & Manager-Led Curriculum

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a standardized global onboarding experience.
  • Assist in developing and operationalizing a manager-led onboarding curriculum, equipping people leaders with tools, templates, and guidance to effectively onboard new hires
  • Partner with HR, TA, and business leaders to ensure onboarding is aligned to enterprise priorities and employee experience goals
  • Build structured onboarding journeys combining formal training, manager-led activities, and on-the-job learning
  • Track onboarding effectiveness and continuously refine the experience
  • Create scalable toolkits, discussion guides, and resources that managers can use for ongoing development (e.g., coaching conversations, team learning sessions, skill-building activities)
  • Support the adoption of a culture of continuous learning through manager enablement

Training Facilitation & Delivery

  • Facilitate instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual sessions across onboarding, professional skills, and manager capability topics.
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences using adult learning principles.
  • Adapt facilitation approaches for global, cross-cultural audiences.
  • Support train-the-trainer efforts to scale delivery through business leaders.

Learning Content Development

  • Design and develop learning content (ILT materials, e-learning modules, job aids, facilitator guides)
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify development priorities
  • Support creation of blended learning experiences (instructor-led, virtual, and digital)
  • Ensure alignment with business priorities and talent strategy

Program Coordination & Operations

  • Manage logistics for training programs (scheduling, communications, facilitation support)
  • Coordinate global delivery across regions, time zones, and audiences
  • Manage relationships with external learning vendors as needed
  • Maintain learning calendars and communications

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze learning metrics (participation, completion, feedback, outcomes)
  • Collect stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously refine programs to improve adoption, engagement, and impact

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support onboarding and development needs
  • Act as a resource to managers for learning tools and development approaches
  • Support broader talent and organizational initiatives through learning solutions

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training roles
  • Experience with LMS administration (Docebo)
  • Proven experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training
  • Experience designing, developing and delivering onboarding and/or manager development programs
  • Ability to enable and influence managers (not just deliver training)
  • Program and project management skills
  • Stakeholder collaboration and communication

Preferred:

  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization
  • Experience designing or supporting manager-led development programs or toolkits
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (e.g., SAM, LLAMA, ADDIE)
  • Experience building blended learning solutions

The pay range for this position is between $72,000 - $100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
