What will you do as a Senior Pricing Analyst at Sealed Air?

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will support the execution of pricing strategies across strategic accounts, helping protect profitability and achieve revenue objectives. You will manage a high volume of pricing requests, quotations and RFPs while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service. Through accurate analysis of sales, materials, margins and pricing conditions, you will help the business make informed commercial decisions and ensure pricing is implemented correctly across our systems. This role is based in Simpsonville, SC, with an expectation of working onsite four days per week.

Why do we need you?

  • Manage pricing requests, quotations and RFPs for strategic and high-value customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Analyze customer, product, sales, cost, margin and profitability data to support pricing recommendations and commercial decisions.
  • Create, update and maintain pricing conditions, formulas and records within SAP and other pricing systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service to understand business needs, resolve pricing issues and support customer requirements.
  • Coordinate multiple pricing assignments simultaneously, prioritizing requests based on urgency, complexity and business impact.
  • Review existing Power BI reports and dashboards to gather information on sales, materials, margins and commercial performance.
  • Support account management activities by monitoring pricing commitments, identifying discrepancies and ensuring approved pricing is implemented correctly.
  • Contribute to pricing process improvements, data accuracy and consistent execution across accounts, systems and commercial teams.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Strong knowledge of B2B pricing, quotations, RFPs, margin analysis and profitability.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to organize, analyze and interpret large or complex datasets.
  • Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system, with an understanding of pricing conditions and how they are applied.
  • Ability to interpret existing Power BI reports and use commercial data to support pricing decisions.
  • Understanding of account management processes gained through pricing, customer service, sales, commercial finance or a related function.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requests, prioritize competing assignments and maintain accuracy under changing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to pricing details and data quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and other business stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn Sealed Air's pricing tools, processes and product portfolio.
  • Experience with Vendavo or another pricing management platform is preferred but not required.
