Job Description: Position Overview Microchip's Frequency and Timing Division is a world leader in precise time solutions and sets the world's standard for time. The division generates, distributes and applies precise time for the aerospace/defense, communications, IT infrastructure, and metrology industries. Microchip's customers, from communications service providers and network equipment manufacturers to governments and their suppliers worldwide, are able to build more reliable networks and systems by using the company's advanced timing technologies, atomic clocks, services, and solutions. Microchip products support today's precise timing standards, including GPS-based timing, IEEE 1588 (PTP), Network Time Protocol (NTP), and Synchronous Ethernet. Our Government Systems group in Boulder, CO is seeking a Program Controls & Contracts Manager to be responsible for managing the business and contractual operations of government-funded programs. This role works closely with Program Managers, Contracts, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment between contract obligations, financial performance, and program execution. The Program Controls & Contracts Manager oversees program contract administration support, financial management, and proposal pricing activities. This position ensures that programs operate within contractual requirements, financial constraints, and organizational policies while supporting successful proposal development and future business opportunities.
