Summary
The Event Production Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring NYPA's high priority meetings and live stream events are executed flawlessly. The Specialist will take charge of every stage of NYPA's hybrid board meetings, guiding the process from initial pre-production planning through live technical execution, and finally managing post-production compliance. They will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of audio-visual setup and operations, ensuring seamless real-time technical support, and efficiently coordinating production resources and vendors. In addition, they will collaborate closely with senior executives to manage scheduling, logistics, and onsite delivery, fostering a cohesive and professional environment. The successful candidate will bring strong production orchestration experience to enable improvements and best practices, and must demonstrate high competency in collaboration, coordination, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills to ensure the successful execution of these critical live events. The estimated salary range for this position is: $118,000 - $148,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
