The Investor Coverage and Business Development team (ICBD) is a critical component of our innovation banking strategy, supporting business development, engineering complex transactions, and developing value-added solutions beyond traditional banking. Responsibilities & Qualifications Duties & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Business Development - Develop and execute high-level strategies for establishing and maintaining consultative relationships with top-tier venture capital firms, clients, and key decision-makers in VC/CVC firms. Lead the team in understanding and anticipating the evolving needs of VCs and portfolio companies, strengthening the organization's position in venture capital (VC) and corporate venture capital (CVC) sectors. Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities for relationship development and market share growth with active VC/CVC firms. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to internal teams, VCs, and clients, shaping the organization's approach to new opportunities and market trends. Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to expand the organization's reach and impact in the venture ecosystem. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in VC relationship management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in VC relationship management. Preferred Qualification: * Extensive executive-level experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate venture capital industry * Proven track record of driving significant business growth and market expansion Additional Information The base pay for this position is generally between $234,000.00 and $333,720.00, Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
